myMRI Client Portal
Beginning on June 25th, online cases will need to be submitted via the myMRI Client Portal. The ability to submit an online case via Tenmast.com/Support will be disabled.
The myMRI Client Portal contains a variety of support and service tools for the MRI family of products. In addition to using the portal to submit cases, you can also use the portal to:
- • Better understand MRI products by reading support articles.
- • Learn about core features of the MRI family of
products by watching MRIFLIX videos.
- • Submit Global Professional Services (GPS) requests.
Tenmast will have a scheduled maintenance window from Saturday, November 23rd at 10:00pm UTC until Sunday, November 24th at 6:00am UTC. During this period your web and data services may be unreachable at times.
